BEFORE APPOINTMENT
Eat well, sleep well and stay hydrated! Wear comfortable clothes so you can lay down for few hours and not to worry about ruining it - I'll do my best to keep your cloth clean but better prevent just in case. I can provide nipple covers or cover with medical tape and dental bibs and private space to change yourself if needed.
Feel free to bring your water, snacks, books, headphone, etc. Let me know if you need someone to come along - usually one company is allowed but just in case a studio do not have a capacity.
PLEASE prepare cash for your tattoo at the appointment.(see below)
PRICING & DEPOSIT
Appointment minimum depending on a city and you can check each city's booking page.
Flash ranges anywhere from $100-$1000 and you can get several small designs to add up to the appointment minimum. All tattoos are priced by piece not by the hour. Customs/Freehands are priced higher due to the time I take to draw them and edit.
I require $100 deposit, and this is NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit will go towards your total cost and can be paid through Paypal. I PREFER CASH AS PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT - Even partly in cash will be appreciated greatly.
If you are on a budget or couldn't decide on the design yet, check out my <tattoo wishlist>. Those are a selection of the flash designs / freehand suggestions with lower prices than usual so I can do more projects that can represent my work.
Tipping is highly appreciated but not required. Tips can be any form as well. I love threads & fabrics & beads & needles for sewing, ceramic, tea, incense, candle, baked goods(no dietary restriction, prefer vegan) and anything natural/organic/paper stuff that I can play with!
MACHINE TATTOO
Is done with an electric tattoo machine. Machine works are faster, powerful and you can find a vivid, bold result after fully healed. You may feel more damage or pain if your skin is sensitive. Most of my works you can find at the moment are done with machine. I have light, fast hands based on my customer and I care a lot to make the tattoo process less painful as possible.
STICK AND POKE TATTOO
Is done by hand with a needle without machine. It's slower, gentle and you can find a natural, powdery result after fully healed. I'm a self taught stick and poker, found out it is very meditating and soothing, love the fact that it is very sustainable. I'm willing to do more hand poke tattoos so feel free to ask me if you are a stick and poke lover!
STUDIO
When our appointment is all set after the deposit, you'll get the specific address. Before that, I can only give you a basic information such as near station or ave, street.
I work with different studios in different cities. Most of studios I work with are welcoming for my customers and their companies. But depends on the studio it might be not allowed because of the limited space. So please ask me if you need to bring your company for any support.
If our appointment is at 3:00, ideal time for you to come is 2:50 - 3:10.
I'm asking not to arrive too early because there might be no room when other artists are working at the same time. If you think you are running late just give me heads up so I can arrange my schedule if I needed to.
If you do not arrived after 30min from our original appointment without any contact, I consider that as a cancellation.
AFTERCARE
I'll take care of you with a second skin bandage or a plastic warp. Second skin bandages may cause a rash if you are allergic to adhesives. Let me know if you've never used it before. Take the second skin bandage off in three days. You can take shower with second skin on. For a plastic warp, remove them in a few hours or as soon as you get home. Do not keep the plastic warp overnight.
After you remove either bandage/warp, wash the tattoo with warm water and unscented soap. You may moisturize the tattoo when you start to feel the scab on the tattoo surface.(5-7days after from the day you got a tattoo.)
Apply VERY THIN LAYER of cream (natural butter like shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter is the best, but you can use tattoo care cream or unscented baby lotion as well) If you are not sure what to use, please ask me.
Repeat 'wash, dry well, apply cream' every morning and night for 2 weeks.
Drink lots of water and sleep well will make your healing process faster.
When your tattoo gets dry or itchy DO NOT SCRATCH OR PICK at the tattoo. It fade the ink out or cause infection. Tap lightly when you want to scratch it.
You can take a shower from the day 1, but DO NOT TAKE BATH OR SWIM(pool and ocean) at least for two weeks.
Avoid intense exercise or alcohol at least 3 days.
Do not apply any kind of chemical or scented moisturizers.
Make sure the tattoo area to be breathable.
